About us

Two Dutch founders with a strong network of friends in South Africa, built through many
years of involvement in rugby in both the Netherlands and South Africa. We played for the
same university rugby club in Amsterdam and, over time, developed close personal and
professional relationships in South Africa. What began as friendships on the field gradually
grew into an extensive and trusted network.

Together with this network, we recognised the opportunity to combine our knowledge of the
Dutch and South African markets and use it to connect organisations with the right people,
and professionals with suitable roles. In doing so, we continue to be guided by the values
commonly associated with rugby—teamwork, trust, resilience and respect.

Our team in South Africa focuses on identifying, supporting and communicating with
candidates. From the Netherlands, we maintain close relationships with Dutch organisations and support professionals during their integration. Through this close cooperation, we understand what works—and what does not—on both sides.

In this way, we aim to create a positive and lasting impact on Dutch businesses and on the careers of South African professionals, both in the Netherlands and in South Africa.
